Quantum Mortgages addresses southern coverage with new hire

Quantum Mortgages has appointed Hayley Jones as business development manager for the South as it prepares to enter the specialist residential market.

The Bletchley-based specialist buy-to-let and bridging lender said Jones joins at a pivotal point in its growth, with the business gearing up to launch into specialist residential lending.

In her new role, Jones (pictured) will support advisers across the South of England and report to chief commercial officer Harsha Dahyea.

Jones brings experience in intermediary mortgage distribution, most recently serving as business development manager at Bank of Ireland. She was named ‘Rising Star’ at the 2025 Women’s Recognition Awards.

Her arrival comes as Quantum Mortgages continues to build out its team amid increasing demand for specialist solutions across buy-to-let and bridging, alongside its forthcoming move into residential lending.

Commenting on her appointment, Jones said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Quantum at such an exciting point in its journey.

“The business has built an incredible reputation in a short space of time, and I’m looking forward to supporting advisers across the South with products and service that genuinely make a difference for their clients.”

Dahyea added: “As we expand into the specialist residential market, having strong regional BDM support is more important than ever.

“Hayley will play a key role in that growth, representing the business as we enter a new market and nurturing our existing and new relationships.”
