Positive Lending has appointed Emma Ratcliffe as regional account manager covering Northern England and Scotland.

Ratcliffe (pictured) joins from Fluent Money where she had three years’ experience in second charge mortgage lending. Prior to this she held sales management roles with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Santander UK.

She will report to national sales manager, Jaxon Stevens.

Paul McGonigle, managing director at Positive, said: “I am delighted to welcome Emma to Positive. Not only does she have an in-depth understanding of the second charge market, she also has a strong track record of commitment to providing top-drawer intermediary support.

“I have no doubt Emma is a fantastic addition to our business and will be instrumental in further growing Positive’s intermediary relationships in the north of England and Scotland.”

“This is an exciting appointment for Positive, said Stevens. “The regional team has grown significantly over the last year and the appointment of Emma means we can now deliver fantastic support for our intermediary and network partners across all of England, Wales and Scotland.

“Over the next few months Emma will be on the road meeting intermediaries and presenting at industry events. Her diary is filling fast but, luckily for us, her industry experience means she can hit the ground running.”

Ratcliffe added: “I am thrilled to be joining Positive at a time where their growth plans are so strong. It’s wonderful how busy I am already and I am looking forward to making a contribution to the company’s ongoing success.”
