Positive adds the Mansfield to panel

Published on

Positive Lending has ounce again expanded its mortgage lending panel with the addition of Mansfield Building Society.

Stephanie Charman, director of mortgages at Positive Lending, said: “Mansfield’s Versatility product range provides a wide range of criteria enhancements to our current lender panel.

“Combine this with their individual underwriting approach and it makes them an ideal lending partner.”

Steve Walton (pictured), the Mansfield Building Society’s national development manager, added: “Our approach at Mansfield Building Society is built on treating each client as an individual, which means our underwriters take the trouble to assess applications in a way that gives a common sense view of a customer’s circumstances.

“Positive Lending’s culture and drive to support advisers is very much aligned to our own.”
