Platform has reduced interest rates on its five-year fixed rate mortgages at 60% LTV by up to 0.10 percentage points.

New deals include a five-year fixed rate at 60% LTV at 2.04% with a £0 fee and at 1.79% with a £1,499 fee.

They come with £250 cashback and a free standard valuation.

Other select mortgages in Platform’s product range are being reduced by up to 0.05 percentage points, including select Help to Buy mortgage products.

Neil Wyatt, head of intermediary distribution at Platform, said: “We are keen to make sure we’re offering competitive deals for brokers looking to find the best option for buyers across our whole range of mortgages.

“These changes to some of our lower LTV products will ensure that we’re offering good value mortgages to broker clients who are looking for a variety of different LTV bands, depending on their circumstances.”
