Chioma Skilling trading as Chioma Mortgages, from Plaistow in east London, has had their permissions withdrawn by the FSA.

They failed to provide the regulator with a valid address.

In its final notice, the FSA said that Chioma Mortgages failed to notify the FSA of a change in the address of its principal place of business. The notice read: “The FSA has no current
