Plain English plaudit for Castle Trust

Castle Trust has gained the Crystal Mark standard for all its brochures.
The Crystal Mark Standard is part of the Plain English Campaign to remove confusing technical terms from documents. It ensures that all information is as clear as possible and uses everyday English.

Mikkel Bates, head of marketing at Castle Trust, said: “Financial services companies have a very poor reputation for the clarity of their documents and they frequently lapse into confusing jargon.
