Paradigm partners with Connells

Paradigm Mortgage Services has embarked upon a new joint venture (JV) partnership with Connells Survey & Valuation.

The joint venture involves Paradigm exclusively appointing Connells to provide survey and valuation services to all its partner firms, registered individuals and mortgage lenders.

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We are very pleased to announce this JV with Connells Survey & Valuation. Having worked with the Connells’ team since we launched Paradigm, we know their track record is second to none.

“Our businesses are closely aligned in a number of areas, not least of which is our passion for delivering quality outcomes for our customers. So, Connells really is in the best position possible to provide these services to all our partners.”

Ross Bowen, managing director of Connells Survey & Valuation, said: “Paradigm Mortgage Services is a hugely successful and dynamic distributor of mortgages and other financial products.
