Paradigm launches group risk panel

Paradigm Protect has launched a Group Risk panel for the benefit of its member firms.

All members will be able to access a range of Group Risk products from various providers and in some instances the propositions are different to what firms would secure by going direct.

Mike Allison, Paradigm’s head of protection, said: “Paradigm is always looking for ways to support our members in areas where they conduct business or wish to avail themselves of new market opportunities. We already write a significant level of Group Business and this development will support our growth further. IFAs will be well aware of the Government’s Auto Enrolment Programme and the potential that exists in the Group Protection market as a result.

“Over the past few months we have been having discussions with all the major players in the marketplace and they have developed specific and, in many cases, unique propositions for Paradigm Protect firms.”

Richard Edwards, national broker development manager at UNUM, said: “We are delighted to be working with Paradigm as part of its Group Risk proposition. As a market leader in this field we are always keen to develop opportunities with quality distributors like Paradigm and see this as a great opportunity for both parties to benefit.”
