OneDome shortlisted for three business awards

OneDome has been named a finalist in three categories at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026.

The housing and fintech company has been shortlisted for the Lloyds Scale Up Trailblazer Business of the Year Award and the Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award.

OneDome founder and CEO Babek Ismayil (main picture) is also a finalist for the Cazenove Capital Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

The company joins almost 200 finalists competing across 20 categories in the national awards programme, which is headlined by Lloyds Bank and supported by ITV and the UK government.

CONNECTED HOMEOWNERSHIP PLATFORM

Founded in 2016, OneDome brings together services involved in buying and financing a property through a connected homeownership platform.

The company said its revenue had increased by more than 15,000% since 2022. It now arranges more than $1.4bn in mortgages each month through a network of over 500 mortgage advisers.

Ismayil said: “We are very proud to be recognised across three categories. OneDome has grown at an exceptional pace, but we still have more we want to achieve.

“Our ambition is to build the platform that transforms how people buy, finance and own their homes, and these nominations are a great recognition of the progress our team has made towards that goal.”

Amanda Murphy, CEO of Lloyds Business and Commercial Banking, added: “Behind every successful business is a story of ambition, determination and innovation. Inspiring entrepreneurs backing themselves to succeed. That’s exactly what the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards celebrates.

“OneDome is bringing new ideas, investing in its community and helping drive growth in the UK. They represent the very best of British enterprise and we’re incredibly proud to back them.”

WINNERS ANNOUNCED IN NOVEMBER

The winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on Tuesday 10 November 2026.

Around 1,200 business leaders are expected to attend, with the winners subsequently invited to ring the opening bell at the London Stock Exchange and attend the programme’s annual reception at the House of Commons.
