OneDome Growth Partners promotes Jason Bryant to head of growth

OneDome Growth Partners has appointed Jason Bryant as head of growth as it looks to expand its reach across the mortgage and property sectors.

Bryant (pictured) takes on responsibility for the firm’s strategic expansion and will lead a team of growth experts focused on supporting adviser firms around the UK.

In the role, he is set to continue visiting firms in person as part of a strategy centred on understanding the needs, culture and ambitions of individual businesses.

He said: “No two adviser firms are the same, which is why a personal visit is so important.

“You can’t understand a firm’s culture, its challenges, and its true ambitions from behind a screen. My role, supported by our team of Growth Experts, is to be on the ground, listening to business owners and matching the right OneDome propositions to their specific needs.

“I’m excited to lead this talented team as we help more firms unlock their growth potential.”

OneDome said Bryant brings more than 20 years of experience in the sector and has built relationships with adviser firms across the market.
