Nivo hires account executive after AI launch

Published on

Nivo has appointed Bruce Glover as account executive as it expands its commercial team following the launch of Nivo AI.

Glover joins the business with commercial experience across EMEA, the US and LATAM markets.

He previously spent several years at identity verification firm IDNow, where he began as a sales development representative before being promoted to senior SDR and then regional sales manager, leading pipeline development across his territory.

Nivo said the appointment followed sustained inbound interest in Nivo AI from specialist lenders and broker networks.

The company said its AI agents were designed to manage lending workflows by gathering what is needed, checking what has been returned and chasing missing information over email, 24/7.

Matthew Elliott, chief digital officer and co-founder at Nivo, said: “Bruce knows how to take a category-defining product into a market that’s ready for it. We’ve seen demand step up sharply since launching Nivo AI, particularly from specialist lenders and broker networks looking to fix right-first-time rates.

“We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and his experience and track record in regulated technology make him exactly the right hire at this stage.”

Glover said: “Nivo is solving a problem the specialist lending market has lived with for years. An AI agent that genuinely moves cases forward, rather than another single-task tool, is exactly what this market has been waiting for.

“It’s a great moment to be back in tech and joining a business with this kind of momentum.”

The appointment follows a period of commercial expansion at Nivo as it scales to meet demand from specialist lenders and broker networks.
