Nicholas Christofi launches new real estate advisory firm

Karis Capital has announced its launch as a real estate debt advisory firm with aims to redefine how developers and investors navigate the complexities of real estate financing.

The new firm is being led by CEO Nicholas Christofi, who has established reputation in structured finance, and co-founder Demetrios Antoniou, an experienced property investor and entrepreneur with a background in investment banking.

The City of London based firm will offer nationwide counsel on debt and equity including development funding, short-term lending, investment finance, commercial mortgages, High Net Worth (HNW) mortgages, asset finance and commercial insurance.

Karis will deliver a bespoke value proposition, working as a strategic partner for developers and investors alike. The firm fills a role as an external Financial Director (FD) for its clients, not only facilitating finance, but also providing a blueprint to guide them through the increasingly complex real estate financing landscape.

As part of its launch, Karis will also be unveiling a range of exclusive limited products developed in collaboration with key lenders. It is also offering complimentary financial strategy reviews for developers and investors.

Christofi (pictured), CEO and co-founder of Karis Capital, said: “We are thrilled to bring Karis Capital to the real estate community. Our goal is to redefine the way developers and investors approach financing. We are not just offering solutions; we are building enduring partnerships that fuel success.”
