New resi range from Coventry Intermediaries

Coventry Intermediaries has announced the launch of a residential range with two and five-year fixed rate options.

The new products are available from Tuesday 9 September.

New deals include the following:

  • 2.29% Fixed Rate until 31.12.16, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, Early Repayment Charges (ERCs) payable to 31.12.16 with no arrangement fee.
  • 2.59% Fixed Rate until 31.12.16, 75% LTV £199 booking fee, ERCs payable to 31.12.16 with no arrangement fee.
  • 3.45% Fixed until 31.12.19, 65% LTV £199 booking fee, ERCs payable to 31.12.19 with no arrangement fee.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “Our new highly competitive products offers borrowers a range of fee options. So borrowers can have a great fixed rate and a fee structure that suits them.

“And don’t forget, as always, all residential products include a valuation up to £670 and access to our remortgage transfer service.”
