New partnership for New Homes Mortgages

Published on

Specialist new build brokers, New Homes Mortgages, is partnering with IMAC NE to further strengthen support for developers in the North of England.

The Bramley-based AR of Mortgage Advice Bureau has 30 advisers and this collaboration will enable both companies, who trade as Mortgage Advice Bureau, to extend their services to more developers by sharing the combined expertise of 51 advisers.

Helen Pierson, director of New Homes Mortgages, said: “With both firms specialising in new build, and both ARs of Mortgage Advice Bureau, this seems a perfect fit. We have known Dave Walton and his team for many years and are very comfortable that our stars have aligned as far as culture and ethos is concerned.

“Working with like-minded people allows us to develop areas of specialism, ensuring expert advice and great service continues for purchasers of new homes. The collaboration is yet another reason to celebrate our success at New Homes Mortgages, having recently been awarded Best Broker Firm for New Build at the prestigious L&G Mortgage Club Awards.”

Dave Walton, director of IMAC NE, added: “We have been working informally with New Homes Mortgages Ltd for a while now, and the synergies and working practices are clear to see, so it makes for a very good fit. The extra resources, knowledge, and skills it will bring bodes well for future growth across both businesses, especially in our specialist new build market.”

Peter Brodnicki (pictured), CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “It’s fantastic to see how Lee Cardwell, Paul Horner, Mark Pender, and Helen Pierson have grown their business so impressively since its launch three years ago, and this initial investment in a quality firm like IMAC is another major step forward for this very ambitious and forward-thinking business.”
