Complete FS has appointed Rachael Kearn to its enquiries help desk.

The national intermediary packager says it has had its best year for business since 2008, and is looking for individuals to fill other key positions in the company in 2014.

Kearn has over five years mortgage administration experience, having spent time with County Mortgages, Solent Mortgage Services and Excel Finance & Lending.

Tony Salentino, a director at Camplete, believes 2014 will be an even better year for those firms, which are able to invest in the right staff as their businesses grow.

He said: “We are keen to attract the best in the industry, which is why we are delighted to welcome Rachael to the company. 2014 is shaping up to be even better than this year and companies like ours, which are growing to meet the needs of introducing brokers, will want to recruit experienced people like Rachael, if they are going to be able to meet the requirements of the intermediary sector they seek to service.

“At Complete, we are also building on the experienced core we have established at the same time as pioneering the recruitment of newcomers through our apprentice scheme. We believe we are creating the right blend of individuals to create a vibrant team dynamic which will deliver optimum service in 2014.”

Kearn added: “Complete FS has built a great reputation amongst brokers and I am thrilled to be part of a growing team with such a good service ethic. We are all aiming to provide the broker with the most suitable products at the best price with which to engage with his or her client.”
