NBSIS joins Simplybiz panel

Newcastle Building Society Intermediary Services (NBSIS) – the intermediary arm of Newcastle Building Society – has joined the SimplyBiz Mortgages panel of lenders.

All SimplyBiz Mortgages members now have direct access to NBSIS’ full range of products.

Martin Reynolds (pictured), chief executive of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “We have been in discussions with Newcastle for quite a while as its product range and approach to underwriting has always attracted us. Its considered approach in areas such as affordability plus its continued investment in service, which has recently seen NBSIS launch its new online application system, demonstrated that now is the right time to add them to our panel for the benefit of our members.”

Steven Marks, corporate development executive at NBSIS, added: “We’re delighted SimplyBiz Mortgages have agreed to add us to their lending panel and look forward to building a successful relationship. This comes at an exciting time for us as we continue to invest in our proposition and improve our service to intermediaries.”
