National Friendly introducers bespoke broker portal

Published on

Friendly society National Friendly has launched a web portal, designed to smooth and improve the flow of new business.

It aims to achieve this by giving brokers immediate access to the key documents they may need to close a sale. The portal offers one click access to all the key product information, including application forms, sales brochures and key facts, along with a quoting tool with illustration and a simplified process for submitting new business.

Recently appointed broker sales support administrator Isabelle Garnier, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the portal, said: “Many of our brokers like the convenience of having all the key policy documents close to hand, 24/7. Our new portals gives them this convenience, it also means a broker can access key documents at any time of the day to suit them, once they have registered with us.”
