Magellan Homeloans has joined the SimplyBiz Mortgages lender panel.

All SimplyBiz Mortgage Members will now have direct access to Magellan’s full mortgage range. This will also include its manual underwriting, self-employed and complex income solutions.

Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “The mortgage market is becoming more diverse now to help match and support the changing situations within the UK. Magellan will offer our Members additional solutions within this diversity.”

Jason Neale, sales director at Magellan Homeloans, added: “SimplyBiz Mortgages is a mortgage club of the highest quality, which provides its Members with a first class support proposition, so we are delighted to be joining their panel. Magellan’s manual underwriting approach with no credit scoring combined with competitive rates and flexible criteria will ensure SimplyBiz Mortgages Members have a greater choice of products to help borrowers who are unable to secure a mortgage from the high street.”
