LendInvest Mortgages has announced the launch of new, lower buy-to-let rates.

Following its June rate cut, LendInvest has further reduced selected five-year rates by up to 10 basis points (bps), with rates now starting as low as 4.99%.

The lender claims its new rates reflect its commitment to supporting landlords with better priced and more flexible financing options.

Sophie Mitchell-Charman, commercial director at LendInvest, said: “We are constantly striving to provide the best possible terms for our customers.

“Our latest rate reductions are designed to make it even easier for landlords to manage and grow their portfolios, demonstrating our dedication to supporting the buy-to-let market.”
