Just Wealth nears 600 client referrals via Just Refer

Published on

Just Wealth, the financial services arm of national brokerage Just Mortgages, is approaching 600 client referrals so far this year via the firm’s internal Just Refer portal.

The total of 585 year-to-date referrals underscores the growing strength of the partnership between the two businesses and the Just Refer system’s ability to link mortgage clients with wider financial support.

The platform was launched to simplify collaboration between Just Mortgages and Just Wealth by allowing brokers to refer clients directly to financial advisers for help with pensions, savings, investments or estate planning. It also enables internal referrals within Just Mortgages, for example to colleagues qualified to advise on equity release, business protection or commercial finance.

Designed to give brokers a clear line of sight over their referrals and clients a seamless experience, the system has become an increasingly valuable tool in meeting Consumer Duty requirements and helping clients access a broader range of advice, the firm said.

Just Wealth currently has 18 self-employed financial advisers, with more in the process of being authorised to meet rising demand. Working alongside Just Mortgages’ national network of over 650 mortgage and protection advisers, the team offers holistic advice across pensions, investments, estate and business planning.

Lisa-Marie Whiteley, financial services director at Just Wealth, said: “This milestone is a fantastic reflection of the strong relationship between Just Wealth and Just Mortgages, and the sizeable demand in the market for wider financial advice.

“The Just Refer portal makes it easier than ever for advisers to connect clients with the right expertise, ensuring they receive a fully holistic service.

“At the same time, Just Wealth advisers access a higher quality of referral, while the broker keeps a clear line of sight and benefits from the revenue share – it’s really a win-win all round.

“As we continue to expand our team, Just Refer will remain a valuable resource for our advisers.”

Carl Parker (pictured), national director at Just Mortgages, added: “The collaboration between our brokers and the Just Wealth advisers has gone from strength to strength.

“Reaching this number of referrals this year is a brilliant achievement and shows how our investment in technology and our longstanding partnership with Just Wealth is delivering tremendous results.

“Brokers are increasingly seeing the value in referring clients for wider financial advice, not only because it strengthens their client relationships, but also because it helps them provide a more complete service.

“It’s a valuable opportunity for brokers and another example of the broad support structure we provide to help them succeed.”
