Broker Conveyancing has launched a referral platform intended to make it quicker for mortgage brokers to manage clients’ conveyancing cases.
The Hub, which is available around the clock, allows brokers to track cases and obtain quotes for conveyancing, surveys and other services.
Members can source quotes from Broker Conveyancing’s panel of conveyancing firms in less than 15 seconds, according to the company.
The platform has redesigned navigation and a shorter quotation and instruction process. Quotes include a breakdown of the fees, optional additions and services covered, allowing brokers to show clients the costs involved.
Brokers moving to The Hub will also gain access to additional products, including an all-inclusive remortgage bundle priced from £175.
Mark Tosetti, chief executive at Broker Conveyancing, said: “This isn’t just a one-off upgrade to our referral portal. It crucially provides a new and improved foundation on which we can build and provide continuous improvement for our users, based on feedback we’ve collected from our members over the past year.
“You asked, we listened, and this is just the beginning. ‘The Hub’ is now the market leading broker portal built for intermediaries with unrivalled technology that enables a best-in-class broker experience.
“We have a full roadmap of enhancements planned out and due to launch over the next 12 to 24 months; all focused on providing additional benefits, products and services that our brokers can call upon, as well as further improving the overall user experience. This is an incredibly exciting step that should help to make our members’ day-to-day processes easier, clearer and more efficient, and ultimately help them to scale up and develop.
“Broker Conveyancing is a partner, not just a portal.”
Tosetti added: “Current broker members should rest assured that the rollout of the new portal will be gradual and has been designed to cause minimal disruption to their case load. Plus, our support teams will be on hand and ready to assist with any questions.”
Existing users will be able to access The Hub with their current login details. Their previous quotes and instructions will also be retained.
The original portal will remain available during the transition, enabling brokers to adopt the replacement gradually and return to the earlier system if necessary.
The launch follows a rebrand of Broker Conveyancing and CAL, together with sister business Agent Conveyancing. The companies said The Hub was the first in a planned series of digital updates to CAL’s products and tools this year.
