HSBC UK will hold two webinars for mortgage intermediaries examining how political and economic developments are affecting the UK mortgage market.
The lender said its economists would consider the continuing conflict in the Middle East, recent political change in the UK and the implications for mortgage pricing.
The sessions will be hosted by Tracie Burton, senior corporate account manager, alongside HSBC group economists Chris Hare and Liz Martins.
They will assess developments beyond the headlines, the effect of swap rate movements on interest rates and what current conditions mean for advisers and their customers.
REGISTRATION
The webinars will take place at 1pm on 21 September and 10am on 25 September. Each session is expected to last about 60 minutes.
Intermediaries can register for the 21 September webinar or the 25 September webinar.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation. Questions may also be submitted in advance to intermediary.marketing@hsbc.com.
