The Right Mortgage & Protection Network will hold its inaugural Women’s Leadership Summit in Solihull next month.
The event, announced on 24 August 2026, will take place at Nuthurst Grange Hotel on Wednesday 9 September.
It will bring together female business owners, advisers and senior leaders from across the network for a day devoted to leadership, business development and professional relationships.
Speakers will include Clare Beardmore, director of mortgage club at Legal & General Mortgage Club; Louise Colley, director of retail protection and leadership coach at Zurich UK; Stephanie Charman, chief executive at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries; and Tina Cooper, national account manager at Lloyds Banking Group.
Members of the network’s leadership team and its adviser firms will also take part. The programme will include workshops, panel discussions and networking sessions.
Topics will range from building confidence and tackling the “inner critic” to developing leadership skills, growing businesses and encouraging more women to join the financial services industry.
The event is supported by Legal & General Mortgage Club and Lloyds Banking Group. Places are limited, with members asked to register through the booking link in their event invitation.
Nicola Ventrella (pictured), operations director of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, said: “I’m incredibly proud that we’re holding our first Women’s event at The Right Mortgage.
“We have so many successful women across our network – running their own businesses, advising clients, leading teams and building brilliant businesses – and it’s important we create opportunities for them to come together, share their experiences and support each other.
“The Leadership Summit is about celebrating that success, but also creating something really useful for the women attending.
“We’ll be hearing from some fantastic female leaders from across financial services, alongside women from within our own network who can share their own journeys, experiences and lessons learned.
“For me, the real value will be bringing everyone together in one room; having open and honest conversations about leadership, confidence, growing a business and the challenges we all face along the way, while also giving people the chance to build new relationships and learn from each other.
“I’m genuinely excited to see what comes from the day and I hope it becomes something we can continue to build on in the future.”
