Greenfield Mortgages has recruited Richard Keen to lead its corporate and national key account functions.

Keen joins the specialist bridging lender following time with Octane Capital and Precise Mortgages, where he worked for nearly 10 years as its head of specialist sales support.

In his new role, Keen will focus on developing the relationships across the UK’s major intermediary distribution channels.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Greenfield Mortgages who have been lending since 2009 and have an unrivalled reputation for service within their specialist sector.

“Greenfield Mortgages has been successfully lending since 2009. Our reputation with our large panel of professional introducers has been built upon simple values like giving committed decisions and delivering on our promises. People like our openness and honesty.

“We operate throughout England and Wales, and lend against both residential and commercial properties. FCA regulated and unregulated loans are available.”

John Yates, managing director of Greenfield Mortgages, added: “We are delighted to have someone of Richard’s experience on board at this exciting time for us as we have ambitious plans for the business over the coming months and years.”
