Grant Hendry (pictured), director of sales at Foundation, said: “Today’s changes represent a significant enhancement to our buy-to-let proposition. By re-introducing some of our most popular products, launching a new Green HMO option and reducing rates on our holiday let range, we are providing brokers with even greater choice to support a broad range of landlord clients.
“We know landlords’ circumstances and property investment strategies continue to evolve, so it’s important that we offer a range that combines flexibility and specialist underwriting expertise.
“Whether clients are purchasing, remortgaging, expanding an existing portfolio or investing in more specialist property types, these enhancements ensure brokers have access to solutions that help make mortgages happen.
“As an intermediary-only specialist lender, we remain committed to responding to market demand and delivering products that meet the needs of today’s landlords while supporting brokers in placing more cases successfully.”
