Family BS launches broker Mortgage Hub

Published on

Family Building Society has launched an online mortgage application platform designed to give brokers a faster and more transparent journey from decision in principle to completion.

The new Mortgage Hub provides intermediaries with real-time visibility of case progression and enables supporting documents to be uploaded directly.

Brokers can generate instant DIP certificates, request illustrations and copy information when submitting multiple DIPs.

The platform also includes secure messaging, allowing intermediaries to contact the lender directly about individual cases.

Family Building Society said the user-friendly system would reduce administration while retaining access to its personal service and manual underwriting.

“Simpler, faster and more transparent.”

Darren Deacon (main picture), head of intermediary sales at Family Building Society, said: “The launch of the new Mortgage Hub reflects our commitment to making the application process simpler, faster and more transparent for brokers.

“By improving the journey from DIP to completion, the platform will help brokers manage cases more efficiently while continuing to give them access to the personal service and manual underwriting they expect from us.”
