Prices of homes in Scotland fell for the second successive month in November, while the price of flats fell by 2.2%.

According to the latest LSL/Acadametrics Scotland House Price Index, the average house price north of the border is now £147,202.

The year-on-year average house price decline has slowed to -0.8%, from -1.4% for the previous month.
