Enness Global has appointed Ailsa Alexander as chief of staff, with responsibility for coordinating its annual business strategy and leading development projects.
Alexander (pictured) will work alongside Islay Robinson, chief executive of the high-value finance broker, and its executive team.
Her remit includes connecting sales, finance, marketing, compliance and people and culture teams to streamline operations and support decisions based on data.
She brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the prime property sector, spanning operations, compliance, training and commercial partnerships.
The role includes shaping and formalising Enness Global’s annual strategy, overseeing its delivery and leading priority initiatives across the business.
Robinson said: “The market we operate in is changing faster than at any point in our nearly twenty-year history. Political, technological and economic developments are reshaping how wealth moves, how clients borrow and how they find advice.
“Change is now the new normal, and the businesses that will continue to succeed from here will be the ones that understand that, move quickly and react decisively.
“Enness is in a position of strength, and Ailsa’s appointment is about creating the capacity to take full advantage: driving the projects that push this business forward while the executive team stays focused on clients and growth.
“I’m delighted to have her on board.”
