Bath Building Society recruits finance chief from Principality

Bath Building Society has appointed Annelie Grey as chief finance officer, recruiting her from Principality Building Society.

Grey (pictured) was previously head of planning and performance at Principality. Her 25-year career includes leading teams across finance, customer operations, accounting, auditing and regulatory reporting.

Richard Ingle, chief executive officer at Bath Building Society, said: “We are delighted to welcome Annelie to Bath Building Society.

“She brings exceptional commercial judgement and a proven track record of leading finance teams at both Principality and Nationwide Building Societies.

“Her leadership will be instrumental to further strengthening our financial resilience for the next phase of our growth strategy.”

Grey added: “I’m excited to join the team at Bath Building Society and am looking forward to working for a member-owned organisation with a commitment to a sustainable future and improving the long-term financial resilience of its members.”
