In her new role, Lohoar will be responsible for maintaining and developing a variety of new and existing relationships across mortgage lenders and other property related businesses.

Lohoar has over 20 years’ experience working within financial services and joins CSS from Hometrack where she held the position of senior account manager for the past three years. Prior to that, she was with Virgin Money for 17 years operating across a variety of roles, her last one being a supplier relationship manager.

Matthew Cumber, managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Rebecca was the outstanding candidate for this role. She will bring drive, passion and expertise to our ever-growing client base and she possesses all the necessary skills to add real value to the business as we continue on our upward growth trajectory.”

Lohoar added: “This move represents a brand new chapter in my career and I am proud to be working for a company which is one of the largest, most trusted property surveying and valuation practices in the UK.

“CSS has established a strong reputation throughout the industry of putting their clients at the forefront of everything they do and I am really looking forward to adding my experience and values to this company culture.”
