Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has received the 2026 Gold Trusted Service Award from Feefo, based on verified customer feedback collected throughout 2025.

The award is granted to businesses that achieve at least 50 verified reviews between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 and maintain a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.

Countrywide Surveying Services provides property risk management, valuations and home surveys to lenders and borrowers across the UK. The recognition follows a year in which the firm secured sufficient verified feedback to meet Feefo’s published criteria for its gold category.

Mrs G Wright, a recent customer of Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “I was impressed with the service I received from booking to the swift end result. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

“I had replies immediately and an appointment very quickly and the reports delivered in a very timely manner. The after service was excellent too. Definitely recommend.”

Feefo launched its Trusted Service Awards in 2014. The awards are based solely on verified reviews submitted by customers, with the aim of providing an independent measure of service standards.

Kharla Mullen (pictured), chief operating officer at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Our team has an unwavering commitment to deliver the best service possible to our customers, whether they are lenders or borrowers and I am extremely proud of the team in achieving such a prestigious accolade.

“All of us involved in the home buying and selling process have a duty to help clients understand the distinction between a lender’s valuation and a home condition survey, as it’s key to preventing costly mistakes, building trust, and delivering positive customer outcomes.

“Part of the service we provide for lenders and direct customers is to proactively recommend and explain the importance of home condition surveys.

“This approach benefits all stakeholders in the homebuying process, ensuring buyers receive the support, upfront information, and expert guidance needed to navigate an increasingly complex and fast-moving property market.”

Tony Wheble, chief executive officer at Feefo, said: “The Trusted Service Awards were established to honour brands that prioritise the voice of the customer above all else.

“By winning this award, Countrywide Surveying Services has proven they listen to their customers and act on that insight to create world-class experiences.

“In an increasingly crowded marketplace, this achievement distinguishes Countrywide Surveying Services as a leader in transparency and service excellence, setting a gold standard for others to follow.”
