Connells Survey & Valuation and StrideUp launch platform with Cotality

Published on

Connells Survey & Valuation and StrideUp have become the first firms to launch Cotality’s new Integrated LenderHub platform in a move designed to streamline mortgage valuation processing and speed up the homebuying journey.

The new technology enables real-time integration between lenders, panel managers and surveying firms, allowing valuations to be instructed and digital reports delivered directly within connected systems.

The firms said the launch marks the first successful implementation of the platform within the UK mortgage market.

LenderHub has been developed to simplify and automate parts of the mortgage valuation process, offering lenders live case tracking, integrated messaging and real-time updates throughout the valuation journey.

AUTOMATED DECISIONS

The system also includes configurable rules engines to automate valuation decisions and a centralised process for property valuation queries (PVQs).

The launch reflects the mortgage sector’s continued push towards greater digitisation and operational efficiency as lenders seek to reduce delays in the application process.

Sadiq Dorasat, leading product at StrideUp, said: “It’s fantastic to see Connells Survey & Valuation embrace this partnership with us at StrideUp and Cotality. The real winner here is the customer – faster offers and a smoother journey at one of the most stressful moments in home buying.

“Automating what was previously manual valuation work means we can put our energy into the things that genuinely need a human touch.”

FULL RISK MANAGEMENT

Ross Bowen, managing director at Connells Survey & Valuation, added: “We are delighted to launch with Cotality to provide full panel and risk management services for StrideUp.

“The speed with which LenderHub has been implemented is testament to the art of the possible and it will be great to see StrideUp leverage this to benefit its customers and support its strategic plans.”

“They will see full transparency of the valuation transaction speeding up the delivery of information and streamlining the end to end journey ultimately helping customers enjoy a better experience.”
