Complete FS outlines 2017 expo details

Complete FS is to hold its 15th annual Specialist Lender Expo at the Ageas Hilton Hotel, Southampton on 21 September. 

The South Coast based packager and distributor, says its event is based on a homage to Blockbuster films past and present.

This is the first time that the Expo has been at the Hilton Ageas Bowl in order to accommodate increasing numbers of delegates, lenders and service providers.

The event will include over 30 exhibitors from the specialist lending sector ending the seminar with a lender panel debate. Industry figures taking part are Alan Cleary, managing director at Precise Mortgages; Keith Street , head of Kensington Mortgages; Andrew Ferguson, head of buy-to-let lending at Axis Bank; Adrian Maloney, sales director at One Savings Bank and Hans Geberbauer, CEO at Foundation Home Loans.

Lenders which have already confirmed participation include Affirmative, Axis Bank, Bluestone, Buckinghamshire BS, Castle Trust, Dudley BS, Foundation Home Loans, Harpenden BS, Kensington, Kent Reliance, Landbay, Pepper, Precise Mortgages, The Family BS, The Mortgage Lender, Together, Shawbrook Bank, Magellan Home Loans and Vida Home Loans.

After lunch, delegates can then take part in the afternoon’s activities which include golf, sailing on a rib in the Solent, geese herding and use of the Hilton’s spa and leisure facilities. For the golfers, Complete FS is offering the chance to win a new car valued at £20,000 for a hole in one on the par three 13th hole at the brand new Boundary Lakes course next to the Ageas Bowl.
