Clydesdale to raise selected residential product transfer rates

Clydesdale is to increase selected residential product transfer rates by up to 0.23%.

The changes will take place on Wednesday 29 July.

The lender is raising rates on selected two-year and five-year fixed-rate products in its core residential product transfer range.

It will withdraw two-year and five-year fixed-rate products at 90% loan-to-value for loans above £600,000.

Clydesdale will also increase the maximum loan size to £1 million on its two-year and five-year fixed-rate products carrying a £499 fee at 90% loan-to-value.
