Clydesdale will increase selected residential product transfer fixed rates from Wednesday 16 September.

The lender said two-year and five-year fixed rate products in its core residential product transfer range will rise by up to 0.20%.

Brokers looking to secure one of the current rates for clients must submit applications by 8pm on 15 September.

The changes apply to Clydesdale’s existing-customer residential product transfer range.
