Clydesdale Bank is withdrawing a limited number of residential fixed rate mortgage products.

The lender confirmed that a small number of products across its professional and broker exclusive ranges will be removed, while all other rates remain unchanged.

Within its professional residential range, two-year and five-year fixed rate products at 65% to 85% loan-to-value will be withdrawn.

Changes also affect a selection of broker residential exclusive fixed rates. These include two-year and five-year fixed rate 75% LTV exclusive remortgage products, as well as two-year and five-year fixed rate 85% LTV exclusive purchase products.

In addition, a two-year fixed rate 50% LTV exclusive product for loans between £1 million and £3 million will be withdrawn.

Further withdrawals cover two-year fixed rate exclusive products at 75% and 80% LTV for both purchase and remortgage cases, which currently include fee offers.
