Clydesdale Bank announces fixed rate mortgage increases

Clydesdale Bank is making changes to its product range.

The changes will take place at 8pm today and are as follows:

  • Selected 75% – 90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.09 percentage points
  • £600k – £1m 90% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.32 percentage points
  • £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.16 percentage points
  • Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.12 percentage points
  • Buy-to-let 60% LTV rates will be increased by up to 0.16 percentage points
  • Selected buy-to-let 75% LTV rates will be increased by up to 0.15 percentage points

The end dates will move to 31 July of the relevant year.
