Oxford based IT arrears specialist The Charlbury Group has further expanded their team with the appointment of Sarah Hanly and Eleanor Cripps.

Both will work on the Arrears Management System that connects lenders with Field Agent firms, Litigation Solicitors and Asset Managers.

Dave Ford, director at The Charlbury Group, said: “With recent expansion of the Arrears Management System and new lender clients it’s imperative that we maintain the very highest levels of service and so we’re delighted to welcome Sarah and Ellie to the team.

“AMS has grown to the current point where over 35,000 case updates are produced every day for our 1700 users. Additionally, with more than 120,000 litigation and repossession instructions having been made through AMS, it’s vital that we have a team that can manage and support this level of activity.”
