Brilliant Solution is offering the new 10-year fixed rate mortgage from the Newcastle Building Society.

It is priced at 4.49% with a £199 reservation fee and £399 completion fee.

5% ERCs are only applicable for the first five years.

Intermediaries accessing the Newcastle Building Society products via the Brilliant Mortgage Club can benefit from the Express Payment Service and receive their procuration fee within 24 hours of completion.

Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “This product is ideal in the current interest climate, when interest rates are expected to rise. But when and how far they rise is an unknown, therefore this product gives the borrower the ability to budget to a fixed mortgage repayment whilst having the built-in flexibility if their circumstances change or there are more favourable products suitable for them in the second half of fixed rate period.”
