Dragonfly Property Finance has recruited Charlotte Williams as an internal business development manager .

She is tasked with improving the service brokers receive from Dragonfly and make them aware of the lender’s product range.

Williams recently returned to the UK after five years working at Australian bank, Bankwest, in Sydney. She is CeMAP-trained and has seven years’ experience working within financial services.

She has also worked for Leeds Building Society, where she conducted mortgage interviews and advised on insurance matters.

Mark Posniak, head of sales and marketing at Dragonfly Property Finance, said: “Charlotte is a great addition to our rapidly expanding sales team. Her wealth of experience within financial services, specifically mortgage lending, will serve her well and I have no doubt that she will further strengthen our broker relationships.

“At Dragonfly, service levels and standards are key and this is reflected in the importance we place on our internal BDM roles.”

Williams added: “Before joining Dragonfly, I had been working within very rigid financial institutions so I am excited to now be at a company where loans are tailored to the individual and are not dependent on the automated, black and white decision-making found in banks.

“I’m joining a fantastic team and hope to do my part to continue to help Dragonfly to grow.”
