Bridgebank reveals latest broker award winners

Bridgebank Capital has given the Broker of the Month and Deal of the Month Awards for October 2013 to Loman O’Neill of The Commercial Mortgage Desk and Howard Bowes of Harvey Bowes respectively.

Loman and Howard have both been presented with an award and Voucher Express shopping vouchers to the value of £500.

O’Neill said: “Commercial Mortgage Desk always look to work with bridging lenders who can deal with all types of cases, quickly. Speed is important  but perseverance is vital  to see a deal through to completion. The team at Bridgebank Capital have the expertise to get a case to completion within the times scales allowed.
  
“The recent addition of Adam Powell as the new Regional Development Manager has made a good team into a great team.”

Bowes added: “I am delighted to receive this award as recognition of the hard work the team at Harvey Bowes put into getting the right lender and packaging our applications to a high standard.

“I’d also like to thank Bridgebank Capital for the continued support to the intermediary sector and for a flexible approach which brings great finance solutions to a wide variety of proposals.”
