Barclays to make residential and Reward range revisions

Barclays is making changes to its residential and Reward ranges tomorrow, 3 May.

Changes include reductions on its existing 95% LTV fixed rates:

  • 2.85% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, £5k – £375k will reduce to 2.80%
  • 3.32% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, £50k – £375k will reduce to 3.27%
  • 3.63% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, £1000 cashback, £50k – £375k will reduce to 3.53%

Rate reductions in full:

Residential

Purchase/Remortgage

  • 1.54% two-year fixed, £999 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.52%

Purchase

  • 3.47% two-year fixed £1,000 cashback, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £375,000 will decrease to 3.40%
  • 1.58% Green Home Help to Buy two-year fixed, £749 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 1.55%
  • 1.63% Help to Buy two-year fixed, £749 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 1.60%
  • 1.88% Help to Buy two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 75% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £450,000 will decrease to 1.86%
  • 1.58% London Help to Buy two-year fixed, £749 product fee, 55% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £330,000 will decrease to 1.49%
  • 1.81% London Help to Buy two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 55% LTV, Min loan £25,000, Max loan £330,000 will decrease to 1.75%
  • 2.85% two-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £375,000 will decrease to 2.80%
  • 2.03% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 60% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £1,000,000 will decrease to 1.99%
  • 3.32% five-year fixed, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £5,000, Max loan £375,000 will decrease to 3.27%
  • 3.63% five-year fixed £1,000 cashback, £0 product fee, 95% LTV, Min loan £50,000, Max loan £375,000 will decrease to 3.53%
