AFI appoints Fordham to senior role

Brad Fordham is to become head of sales at Abbey for Intermediaries on 1 November, responsible for telephone sales operations in Glasgow and Manchester. He replaces Sue Carvell.

Fordham has worked for Alliance & Leicester and Santander for 15 years, most recently as performance director for the retail mortgage division.

Alan Mathewson, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “Brad will also be leading the wider service agenda and building on the strong progress we have made in improving our service levels over the past few months.””
