Access FS adds Iress sourcing data to Elev8 adviser platform

Published on

Access FS has integrated Iress mortgage and protection sourcing data into Elev8, the CRM platform used by 300 of its advisers.

Elev8, which was developed for Access FS by Evolve Tech Solutions and launched last month, combines customer relationship management with mortgage and protection sourcing within the same system.

The integration is intended to give advisers access to current product information without having to switch between separate systems during the advice process.

EXPANDING THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION

The agreement extends the distribution of Iress sourcing data beyond the fintech company’s own adviser platforms, Trigold and Xplan Mortgage (XPM).

Iress also supplies its mortgage and protection data through digital client solutions and integrations with third-party technology providers. The company recorded more than 66 million mortgage quotes through its web services during 2025.

Its mortgage sourcing database can be used across different technology platforms, allowing third-party providers to incorporate the data into their own adviser workflows.

Warren O’Connell (pictured), head of business development at Iress, said: “Iress is perhaps best known in the mortgage market for Trigold and Xplan Mortgage, but the reach of our mortgage and protection data goes much further.

“Our data sits behind a growing range of technology platforms used by intermediaries, giving advisers access to trusted sourcing data within the workflows they already use.

“Elev8 is a great example of this. We’re delighted to extend our distribution through Access FS and provide the data behind its integrated sourcing experience.”

Karl Wilkinson, founder and chief executive of Access FS, added: “Having reliable sourcing data embedded within Elev8 is an important part of the experience we’re creating for advisers. Iress has a strong track record in mortgage and protection sourcing, and its data gives our advisers access to the product information they need within their existing workflow.

“The integration with Iress is another example of our focus on giving advisers technology that supports the way they work, while reducing the need to move between different systems.”
