3mc celebrates record year for growth

Mortgage distributor 3mc has processed enquiries totalling £1.6 billion and completed nearly £270 million of mortgages in the year to date.

Doug Hall, 3mc’s director, said: “2014 has been an excellent year for 3mc, with our volume of business, number of newly registered brokers and number of lender partners all having increased significantly.

“We now have 2,800 brokers on our database, with nearly 700 having registered this year. We’re also working with 14 specialist lenders and are currently in discussion with several new lenders which will enable us to extend our product proposition into market niches where we’re not currently active.”

Hall added: “In 2015 we plan to strengthen our specialist proposition still further by extending our commercial mortgage range, particularly specialist buy-to-let.

“Brokers can either refer cases to us and we’ll provide a full packaging service, or they can access lenders on a direct basis. The choice is theirs.”
