360 Lifecycle links with Checkmyfile to broaden credit reporting access

Published on

360 Lifecycle has partnered with Checkmyfile to give customers access to a consolidated, multi-agency credit report.

The partnership enables customers to obtain a detailed credit report containing data from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, which can be downloaded in a single overview.

360 Lifecycle said the approach would give clients greater control and transparency, while helping to reduce administrative work for advisers.

It added that receiving a complete credit file upfront would provide customers with a clearer understanding of their credit position, supporting advisers in making more accurate assessments and better-informed recommendations.

Alex Rose, partnerships manager at Checkmyfile, said: “Checkmyfile provides the UK’s most detailed credit report, providing data from Experian, Equifax and Transunion in one place. Clients can easily understand their credit position and take steps to improve their credit health.”

Alongside the partnership, 360 Lifecycle has introduced platform enhancements aimed at improving data accuracy and the client experience within 360 Office.

Campaign Manager now helps firms maintain cleaner communication lists and reduce message duplication, while new Workflow Configuration locking prevents simultaneous edits from multiple users, ensuring consistency and avoiding conflicting updates.

The updates are now live for all users.

David Smith, managing director of 360 Lifecycle, added: “Partnering with Checkmyfile is another step forward in making the advice journey simpler and more transparent for clients.

“By giving customers the opportunity to obtain a complete multi-agency credit report, they can help advisers build a clearer picture earlier, reduce back and forth administration, and deliver better informed recommendations with confidence.”
