Zurich returns to Source household panel

Source Insurance has announced the return of Zurich to its household panel.

The bedroom rated product offers up to £1 million in buildings cover and £100,000 in contents cover.

Other features include student cover of up to £5,000, up to 60 days unoccupied from inception plus liability cover for fete, garden parties and some other events and Zurich will consider cover for some AirBnB properties.

Brian Coulton, the Source’s head of sales, said: “Zurich was always a popular choice for many of our brokers historically so we are really pleased to have them back on panel.”

Jonathan Knight from Zurich added: “Zurich are excited to bring our enhanced Home Solutions policy to the Source panel and maintain our longstanding commitment to the IFA and mortgage broker market.”

Kevin Paterson, managing director of the Source, said: “We continue to build the most comprehensive and high quality GI panel in the industry and the addition of such a prestigious name such as Zurich reinforces our commitment to this objective.”
