Stuart Quinlan has been appointed as chief underwriting officer, professional indemnity (PI) for Europe, while Alan Moore will become head of financial lines for the UK.

Both appointments will be effective immediately.

Moore was previously head of financial and professional lines for Zurich Global Corporate UK. Before that he was with AIG Bermuda, within its risk management division.

Gary Wainwright, director, UKGI middle market and specialties, said: “Both Stuart and Alan are highly regarded in their respective fields and will bring a clarity of focus and depth of experience to their respective roles.””
