Vizolution has appointed Peter Nicol as sales director.

He has over 20 years’ experience in sales leadership and executive positions within the enterprise software, financial services, unified communications and telecom industries.

Nicol (pictured) has led sales and marketing teams for both start-up and larger organisations. Most recently he was head of sales for Aspect Software in Northern Europe, where he built up sales and developed the region.

Bill Safran, CEO of Vizolution, said: “Peter joins Vizolution at an exciting time as we celebrate new client wins and further growth in our technical development team. Peter’s track record is one of repeated success in delivering consistent, high growth and profitable results.

“He will lead our sales effort as we launch into new sectors and help broaden delivery of an integrated customer experience through social media and access to vScreen via branch networks. Peter will also further promote the use of remote face to face sales as a crucial solution to the advice issue faced by firms in a number of regulated markets.”

Nicol added: “Vizolution is now a well-established, highly regarded and award winning provider to the financial services and call centre markets. My job will be to further expand this and also drive expansion into other market sectors.

“We are looking very closely at the impact of increasing regulation affecting industries such as utilities, telecoms and outsourcing and believe that vScreen provides a simple, robust and reliable way to improve customer engagement within a strong compliance framework. I’m very much looking forward to being part of the Vizolution success story.”
