The Conveyancing Association (CA) has appointed independent search firm Move Reports as its latest affiliate member.

The trade body said Move Reports, which provides conveyancing searches and property information to solicitors, conveyancers, estate agents and property developers, had joined on 26 March 2026.

Move Reports specialises in search provision for the new homes market and said it is focused on improving the speed and quality of property reporting within the home buying process.

The company’s platform is designed to help law firms and developers manage ordering, case tracking and communication more efficiently, with the aim of reducing delays and improving transparency during transactions.

As an affiliate member, Move Reports will be able to take part in CA member meetings, events and online sessions, while also contributing to the association’s workstreams.

Nicky Heathcote (pictured), non-executive chair of the Conveyancing Association, said: “Move Reports joining the CA as an Affiliate Member is a welcome addition to the Association and we look forward to working with them, helping them engage with our members to share its expertise and contribute to our work to improve the overall efficiency of the home moving process.”

Darren Tierney, managing director at Move Reports, added: “Joining the Conveyancing Association as an Affiliate Member is a significant step for Move Reports which reflects our commitment to working collaboratively across the industry to improve the home buying and selling process.

“We recognise the critical role property reports play in keeping transactions on track, and we are focused on delivering greater speed, transparency and reliability.

“We look forward to sharing our expertise, supporting best practice, and contributing to initiatives that help create a more efficient, connected and certain journey for all parties involved.”
